I love playing for the BLACKCAPS but also enjoy having a hit at the beach or in the backyard.

When I was a youngster my coach from St Albans, Garfield Charles, would tell great stories about West Indies cricket and they influenced my career.
One of the best places to play cricket is the Adelaide Oval. There is loads of tradition and the crowds really get into it by dressing up and having a good time.
I’ve made a lot of great mates through cricket and get to travel the world. I also get to play a great game for a living – it doesn’t get much better than that!
