Key points:
Push the palms up with the hands reversed so they are above eye level
Cup the hands together with the thumbs and first fingers overlapped, palms facing upwards, fingers spread and pointing backward
Watch the ball into the hands
Take the cacth with soft hands at or above eye level and give with the ball by bending the elbows and drawing it back over the shoulders at either side of the head.
Remember catches win matches – so make sure you practice hard.
