Pace bowling with Shane Bond
Pace bowling with Shane Bond
Key points:
It's important to get a good grip on the ball when bowling at pace.
Put your first two fingers either side of the seam and your thumb underneath.
Run in straight with your eyes focused on where you want to bowl the ball.
When you reach the stumps try to bowl the ball fast and make it swing After you let go, keep your eyes focused on the batsman.
Now go and knock em over - Good luck.
