Terms and Conditions
As a signed up member of the New Zealand Cricket KIWICAPS the following terms and conditions apply.
Membership
Once you have successfully registered and had your account activated you will be entitled to the benefits listed on the KIWICAPS website by New Zealand Cricket. These benefits will change from time to time at the discretion of New Zealand Cricket.
New Zealand Cricket cannot accept liability for members missing out on special offers or benefits if the incorrect email is provided or the email newsletter sent out is blocked.
The KIWICAPS area cannot be accessed without an email address.
New Zealand Cricket has the sole and absolute discretion to reject or cancel any membership and withdraw all benefits without warning.
Membership is open to individuals and limited to one membership per person.
All mandatory fields must be completed for the membership to be activated.
Online registrations require the member to confirm their email address.
A double opt in is required for members who join online. An email will be sent with a confirmation link that activates the membership.
Although there is not specified length of time a membership is valid for, New Zealand Cricket reserves the right to ask for renewal at any time.
You may cancel your membership by following the unsubscribe instructions in any electronic communication or by emailing info@nzcricket.org.nz or in writing to New Zealand Cricket, PO Box 958, Christchurch, New Zealand.
Membership pack
You are only entitled to one membership pack per person.
The membership pack is only available to members living in New Zealand and under the age of 16.
Ticketing
Membership to the KIWICAPS (http://www.kiwicaps.co.nz/) does not guarantee that a member will obtain a match ticket or guarantee a seat or admission to a particular area of a stadium.
Information about priority ticketing offers will be sent from New Zealand Cricket to the email address supplied but all management and allocation of tickets is completed by Ticketek.
Tickets are sold on behalf of New Zealand Cricket by Ticketek so members purchasing a ticket become a Ticketek customer and abide by their terms and conditions.
New Zealand Cricket will endeavour to negotiate a period of time for signed up members to buy tickets before the general public but this cannot be guaranteed for all grounds or matches.
The number of tickets available for priority purchasing will depend on the specific ground, match and general availability.
Communication
New Zealand Cricket will communicate with all signed up members via the email address they submit when subscribing. Members may update their email address by advising us at info@nzcricket.org.nz.
By signing up as a KIWICAPS member you agree that New Zealand Cricket may send you cricket related information, news and promotional marketing material, including emails and text messages.
Technical
New Zealand Cricket cannot be held responsible for any virus, bugs, fraud or technical failure or any other causes beyond the control of New Zealand Cricket.
Privacy
We will ensure that all of the information you supply is held securely in accordance with data protection laws and regulations.
We may disclose your information to organisations involved in cricket or sporting initiatives in New Zealand, such as the Major Associations or Districts or companies we have engaged to carry out activities on our behalf.
General
New Zealand Cricket may update these terms and conditions at any time and will give notice by posting the revised information on our website.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by New Zealand law.
