Looking for something to do these school holidays? Then make sure you tune into The Erin Simpson Show on TV2 today to catch a glimpse of White Ferns Sophie Devine and Nicola Browne.

The players pre-recorded the television show with host Erin Simpson before they left for their tour of the UK a couple of weeks ago.

They took part in activities, answered questions and had a lot of fun on set at the Whitebait studios in Christchurch. Sophie Devine has already appeared on the show before as a Hockey player; however it was a first for Nicola Browne.

"It was great being on the show and reaching out to the public. Hopefully we can inspire more girls to get involved with cricket and become White Ferns!" Browne said.

Host Erin Simpson said it was great to have the girls on the show and hopes they will return to the set again soon. “I just wanted to say thanks to Nic and Sophie for hanging out on set on The Erin Simpson Show. We know it’s never easy stepping out of your comfort zone and into the weird and wacky world of television but you girls do it with such ease and were complete naturals!” she said. “Plus it’s always great to get tips from the experts and finding out what fuels them – our audience will love you!”

BLACKCAP Martin Guptill will make an appearance on The Erin Simpson Show on Tuesday July 27.
